Booking Terms and Conditions

• *Reservation requests are subject to availability.
• *Guests are entitled to abide by the COVID 19 rules and regulations governed by the Ministry of Health and Tourism.
• *Failing to abide by the governmental laws of both Ministries Health and Tourism will result in a termination of stay.
• *Le Sidi Boutique Hotel & Restaurant is an adults-only hotel. Minimum age is 17 years old.
• *Payments must be fulfilled as per hotel communication, and failure to submit the statement of your payment will automatically result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• *Once your booking is confirmed, the required payment has to be paid within 48 hours.
• *Cancellation fees are applicable to short and long-stay bookings in case of failure to abide by the cancellation deadline.
• *In case of a short-stay cancellation past the set deadline, 1 night shall be charged.
• *Short-stay cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to arrival date.
• *In case of a long stay cancellation past the set deadline, 5+ days shall be charged.
• *Long stay cancellation deadline is 10 days prior to arrival date.
• *In case of refunds, payments shall be processed with the same method of payment during the course of 7-14 working days.
• *The weekend accommodation policy is a minimum of a 3-night stay. The weekend booking will consist of either Wednesday, Thursday and Friday stay or a Thursday, Friday and Saturday stay; depending on the preference of the guest.
• *This hotel is not pet-friendly.
• *Guest shall receive an email with booking confirmation depending on availability.
